CASTING HAMILTON AREA BACKGROUND FOR SEE NO EVIL SEASON 8 – $180

See No Evil is a ground breaking series about how real crimes are solved with the help of surveillance cameras. Police reveal how CCTV footage has unlocked the answer to cases that otherwise might have remained unsolved- leaving dangerous killers at large. The series features real footage and dramatic reconstruction, combined with first-hand testimony from police, witnesses, and families. This is a Non Union production. 

All talent must have proof of double vaccination or proof of medical exemption.

About The Job

BRON Digital, is a state-of-the-art virtual production and service company, that utilizes the Unreal Engine to develop and produce long-form animation for series television, short-form content, and motion pictures. This division leverages BRON’s extensive experience producing traditional CGI animation to apply and adapt the best practices of linear animation pipelines and marry those with Unreal Engine centered, virtual production workflows. The move allows BRON to broaden and expand its production and produce high quality content with much faster turnarounds.

Requirements

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage overall production schedule including interdepartmental workflow.
  • Monitor/oversee department budgets, schedules and priorities, balancing artistic and productivity requirements.
  • Assign appropriate manpower (working with Producer) to ensure the completion of production on time and on budget.
  • Supervise and mentor production managers, coordinators, assistants and provide guidance and support to department leads.
  • Attend all relevant meetings and approval sessions to promote effective communication throughout the production team and provide leadership as needed.
  • Communicate creative priorities throughout the production by working closely with Director.
  • Suggest production solutions that will allow for needed creative changes to be made.
  • Track, document and report on major creative changes that affect budget/schedule to Producer in a timely manner.
  • Participate actively in the recruiting and staffing of the team; including assessing the work of prospective candidates through the hiring process and supervising efficient integration of new hires into the project’s process.
  • Partner with Producer to guide production personnel’s overall professional development, provide performance feedback, and resolve performance management issues.
  • Use interpersonal skills to resolve conflict, promote a collaborative production environment, and foster an atmosphere of cooperation and communication.
  • Support development of other projects and assist producers in analyzing most efficient use of resources from one project to the next.

Your Superpowers?

  • Weekly review and oversee post-production team calendar and deadlines
  • Identify bottlenecks or missing resources/tools/hardware and address with Head of Post-Production and Producers
  • Lead the onboarding of in-house editors and freelancers in relation to editing workflow and technical delivery specs (eg: Editors, Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, etc.)
  • Implements different workflows depending on project scope and resources (from 4K/6K multicam shows to smaller one offs) 
  • Create a Media Management plan for Assistant Editors & Media Managers

  • Review hard drive needs for projects, helping cost out additional needs

So, what exactly will you be doing?

  • Editing videos: You’ll use Adobe Premiere & After Effects to cut original footage together into a fun, snappy edits, ready to be shared across our network. You’ll also recut and optimize video assets from our creator partners for new audiences and package videos using assets from our extensive licensed libraries. 
  • Filming onsite: Some of our videos are shot at our London studio, and you’ll have the opportunity to be a key part of the action. On occasion, you’ll be asked to flex your cinematography and directorial muscles while setting up lighting and shots, capturing the footage and/or directing the action.
  • Getting the details right… and on time: Producing detailed scripts and production packs; making quick edits based on feedback; securely saving and cataloguing your files; delivering assignments on time—these are all essential parts of this role!
  • Collaboration: Teamwork makes the dreamwork, amirite? We’ll rely on your valuable feedback and observations in team meetings, your creative ideas in brainstorming sessions, and your keen eye and sense of timing to help us get each video just right.
  • Analysis: Regularly review the analytics for the videos on each platform (Snapchat, Facebook, Tiktok and Instagram) to identify ways to improve performance.

You’re a fit if you have the following…

  • You’re a graduate of a Film/Television/Media program or have equivalent experience and know-how
  • You’re well-versed in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects (this is a must!)
  • Hands-on experience in video production. Ideally, you have a working knowledge of lighting, mics and digital camera equipment.

In a typical suburban house, Jack and Judy’s crumbling marriage is about to meet it’s final blow. When Jack’s mother drops in for an unexpected visit, she comes to realize the type of man her son has become. We are looking for a digital strategist who can develop and implement comprehensive influencer strategies and campaigns, manage owned, earned, and paid digital touchpoints that deliver on our objectives, and be proficient in front of and behind the camera. And while the proper candidate is comfortable on camera, he/she should know when to contract other people to be on camera as well.

Some responsibilities would include crafting proposals and budgets, developing content calendars, planning materials, finding and promoting our products through online product review channels and networks, and overseeing the deployment of digital assets that you created for all channels.
