Glam Seamless is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Social Media and Influencer Marketing who understands the visual and strategic landscape of digital and social, with a strong foundation in content production, strategy, and marketing.

The right candidate is a super communicator with deep knowledge of current and upcoming social media platforms and proven experience building and managing multiple social channels, their analytics, and driving growth in influencer marketing.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Marketing and be responsible for delivering a top notch branded experience across our social media, digital channels, special projects and campaigns through social content and influencer partnerships. The role is highly creative and innovative, requiring a strong customer centric approach, with accountability for driving key business objectives through the development of media and content strategies around.

This position is Work from Home with the expectation to work in the West Hollywood retail location on occasion.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development, growth and execution of the social media and influencer partnerships strategy
  • Oversee and report on all Glam Seamless Social channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube) analyzing metrics to propose effective strategies for growth and provide detailed performance reports and presentations
  • Employ influencer programs and tactics that will drive social growth, engagement and acquisition
  • Develop and oversee organic social media content creation, concepts, and execution with our in-house content producer and social media manager
  • Work with Director of Marketing to align social channels with marketing initiatives and deliver IGC for digital ad usage
  • Coordinate influencer outreach and IGC creation for the website, including writing and editing content for GlamSeamless.com at our Los Angeles Showroom.
  • Own development of the overarching social strategy and manage the execution of strategy across all platforms to increase brand love and drive engagement
  • Support with day-to-day management of special design projects as needed for UGC, paid social, print collateral and other initiatives
  • Maintain the brand identity and voice across all channels and communications
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all projects are executed with excellence and deployed in timely manner
  • Conduct research and competitive landscapes for key initiatives
  • Reach out to and partner with other brands for cross promotions
  • Oversee Social Media and Influencer Coordinators (2 Direct Reports)
  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Marketing

. Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a social media and/or influencer marketing related position at an ecommerce brand
  • Deep understanding of and proficiency in all social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest)
  • Knowledge of social media analytics, tracking and publishing/analytic tools (e.g. Sprout, SocialFlow, Iconosquare)
  • Candidates must have a deep understanding of and be an active participant in the social media space, both globally and regionally
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively
  • Comfortable being on camera on behalf of the brand during Live Events and in internal content creation
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented with excellent writing and editing skills
  • Experience using creative ideas to connect brand with key audiences like influencers, fans and clients
  • Resourceful and proactive, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
